Below are some areas highlighted by professional artist Robert Bosler as part of painting assessment work for artist Mia. Each of these areas carried an in-depth explanation of technique involving application, color, texture, the making of the stroke, how to pick the paint up off the brush, the amount of paint to use, working with mediums, where the technique used is working well and where it isn't, among much else. (The photos below are much smaller than you'll receive).
These explanations are not provided here publicly because we respect each artist's sensitivities and privacy. Mia has allowed for these images to be shown here, and explains: "if there is someone who wants further proof of what the techniques have done, and continue to do, and in that event, you can give them my email/website info". Mia has gone on to create magnificent works of art and we are continually delighted to watch her work reach new and advanced levels. (note: The paintings below are not finished.)
